«It's an illusion to take photos in the White House»

The United States Secret Service is considering measures to increase security around the White House, after a man sneaked into the presidential mansion on Friday and reached its door.

Among the proposals are preventing people from walking on the sidewalks that abut the fence, randomly searching more suitcases and expanding the security perimeter, which could scare away tourists who want their iconic photograph in front of the White House.

BBC Mundo correspondent in Washington, Thomas Sparrow, toured the perimeter of the White House and asked Latin American tourists what they think of the security measures at the presidential mansion.
